Avocado and Mint Kefir

If you are having a Sunday this hot and have freshly made kefir at home and homegrown mint in your balcony or yard, then this recipe is unavoidable. Everyone is slowly learning that we need to consume healthy fats to have a healthy life. The times when we feared fat and thought cholesterol was dangerous are now behind. This drink is for people who try to be healthy and force themselves to swallow a spoonful of olive oil in the morning, who buy avocados and don’t know what to do with them, and for those who make kefir and do not like the taste very much.

1 lt homemade kefir
A handful of fresh mint leaves
3-4 tblspns cold pressed olive oil (If you wish feel free to add it later)
1 avocado
1/2 tspn rock salt
Blend all ingredients in a large container into a smooth texture. Drink cold. You can add ice or fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
