Homemade Heavy Whipping Cream

I love everything with cream sauce. Especially meat, chicken and soups are my favourite. But lately, ever since I got used to reading the ingredients of packaged goods, I simply cannot buy packaged heavy whipping cream. When you see one, please read the ingredients section. You
will understand. Thank God I have this recipe, of course the taste is not really the same but it’s very, very, very close.
100 gr clotted milk cream (recipe here)
Mix the cream at high speed for 1 minute, until it becomes smooth and fluid. Stop mixing once smooth. Your heavy whipping cream is ready.
